Do NOT Consent to Searches! CopBlockers Aid Motorists Being Pirated

This video was originally uploaded to the MAC Tour channel on October 3, 2015: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8dXCvqahlOWHDfZXlVQnVA

The MAC Tour is a seven venture powered by the CopBlock Network to neutralize the police state and empower each of us to act according to the fact that badges don’t grant extra rights. Through meetups and copblocking nights in the Midwest, Mountain West, and West, crew members Ademo Freeman (CopBlock founder) and Brian Sumner (CopBlock contributor) are creating original content while simultaneously inspiring, training, and assisting others to do (or who are doing) the same.

ABOUT COP BLOCK … http://CopBlock.org/About

Cop Block is a decentralized project supported by a diverse group of individuals united by their shared goal of police accountability. We believe that no one – not even those with badges – has extra rights. The failure to realize and act on that is to our detriment. By focusing the disinfecting light of transparency on aggressors we safeguard not just our rights but those of future generations.

  1. U.S. SUPREME COURT AND OTHER HIGH COURT CITATIONS PROVING THAT NO LICENSE IS NECESSARY FOR NORMAL USE OF AN AUTOMOBILE ON COMMON WAYS
“The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Under this constitutional guaranty one may, therefore, under normal conditions, travel at his inclination along the public highways or in public places, and while conducting himself in an orderly and decent manner, neither interfering with nor disturbing another’s rights, he will be protected, not only in his person, but in his safe conduct.”
Thompson v.Smith, 154 SE 579, 11 American Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, section 329, page 1135 “The right of the Citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, in the ordinary course of life and business, is a common right which he has under the right to enjoy life and liberty, to acquire and possess property, and to pursue happiness and safety. It includes the right, in so doing, to use the ordinary and usual conveyances of the day, and under the existing modes of travel, includes the right to drive a horse drawn carriage or wagon thereon or to operate an automobile thereon, for the usual and ordinary purpose of life and business.

  2. These dumb bitches need to stop talking to them. The cops were trying to get them to admit They were at 711 to get drugs as well even after the search BS. Thank God y'all were there.

  3. Another black innocent person.. yeah right. there defense would be that you can not understand anything the blacks say.

  4. If cops need to abuse the law or break the law to get a arrest , they should not be cops.
This is a clear case of cops using the fact that people don,t know the law and using guilt to abuse the law to search the car.
I think the USA really needs cop block because the government is not worried about how they do things as long as it keeps the money coming in or the people in line.

  5. All the copblock haters should watch this vid if anything else. What you guys did here makes me happy. These pigs are so used to people sucking their ass due to ignorance of the law. Educate the masses! And these girls seemed to be a little high, but weed doesn't hurt anyone so why worry ?

  6. I'm sure a judge would grant a warrant for an anonymous telephone call last week. Perhaps if I pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today?
