Robbery Suspect Shot by Concealed Carry Pharmacist
This happened where I’m from in WV. The little pharmacy is in a building that once was an ice cream shop where I spent a lot of time and money as a young adult and is on the lot adjacent to the childhood home of one of the best friends a man could ever hope to have in life. Shit like this just doesn’t go on in my community (suspect was from out of town) thanks to fast acting and thinking legal concealed carriers like this man.
Kanawha County, WV Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a shooting that occurred at Good Family Pharmacy in Pinch, WV located in the 200 block of North Pinch Road.
According to deputies on scene, a pharmacist shot a suspect who was trying to rob the store around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2015.
There is no word on the extent of injuries to the attempted robbery suspect.
According to detectives with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect who was shot while attempting to rob Good Family Pharmacy in Pinch, West Virginia has died from the injuries he sustained.
The identity of that man has been identified as 25 year old, Terry Gillenwater.
Detectives said after the pharmacist on staff shot him, staff began performing first aid on the suspect. He was transported to CAMC General Hospital in Charleston, where he later died.

www.fieldsdehmlow.com What is eminent domain? Government takes private property for a public use. You can dispute a ruling of eminent domain as the government is required to have a “public purpose” for the land. Disputes also center around “just compensation” for the property.
There are multiple levels of bureauracracy to navigate, and ultimately there is a right to a jury trial if disputes cannot be resolved in eminent domain cases.
Both the state and property owner can present evidence of value at the trial.
Also of concern is damage to ‘residual property’ – property that was not included in the ruling of eminent domain, but was damaged in the construction or use of the property that was included.
Find an attorney with experience in eminent domain cases, do not wait until it is too late. You have a righ to legal assistance, and will surely need advice to combat the state’s legal team.
