Targeted by Firebombing, Legislation, and Now Vandalism, Montana Abortion Provider Shutters Clinic – 844-292-1318 Montana legal aid

A Montana medical office that provided abortions, among other services, has been forced to close after a vandal systematically broke or slashed practically every object and surface inside. All Families Healthcare saw the destruction of its plumbing and heating systems, plants pulled up by their roots, and holes stabbed through faces in family photographs. The accused vandal, Zachary Klundt, is the son of a former board member of the anti-choice group Hope Pregnancy Ministries. Twyla Klundt resigned after her son’s arrest. We are joined by All Families Healthcare owner Susan Cahill, who is facing the latest threat to her work following decades of providing abortion as part of family healthcare. Another clinic where she worked was firebombed in 1994. The following year, the Montana state Legislature passed a measure known as the Susan Cahill Law to ban physician assistants from providing abortions. Cahill was the only physician assistant providing abortions in the state. The Montana Supreme Court later upheld her right to do so.

This video was filmed to show GM car owners who wish to disable OnStar without impacting vehicle performance or operations other than the features of OnStar. We recorded it without using technical jargon terms; we recorded it just in layman terms.

My personal reasons for disabling OnStar is because I learned it was draining my battery and my car did not start. For info check out my battery replacement video:

Once OnStar is down, the following will not work:
1.The built-in cellular calling feature
2.The OnStar Blue button to call OnStar for assistance
3.The Emergancy Red-Cross button
4.If Airbag deploys in an accident, OnStar will not be notified and help will not arrive
5.In some vehicles like the Cadillac the voice to navigation feature will not work
6.The monthly emails for Vehicle Diagnostics
7.To have OnStar remotely unlock your doors or locate your vehicle if you forget where you parked
8.Remote listening feature

The process is fully reversible and all the above features can resume working.

Additional info I found in my OnStar terms when I bought the car:

Per Onstar’s Official Terms and Conditions:
You agree that we can, subject to applicable law, use any of this information to: (a) provide OnStar services to you or your Car (including sharing that information with roadside assistance providers, emergency service providers, or others, as needed); (b) check or maintain your OnStar Equipment; (c) provide information to the maker of your Car about the Car’s performance and to enable the maker of your Car to comply with law; (d) help you or managers of fleets of Cars (if your Car is part of a fleet) to maintain the Car; (e) evaluate and improve our service; (f) enforce this agreement with you or others; (g) prevent fraud or misuse of OnStar service; (h) comply with legal requirements, valid court orders and exigent circumstances; (i) protect the rights, property, or safety of you or others; (j) offer you new or additional products or services; or (k) perform market research.

In my next video I will show you how to replace OnStar with off the market device () and all the features of OnStar will come back! You will be controlling your vehicle from your cellular phone using text messaging and email:

1.The built-in cellular calling feature will work with off the market device
2.The OnStar Blue button to call OnStar for assistance will start to work except it will call a phone number of your choice
3.The Emergency Red-Cross button will call 911 and auto send your vehicle location without your intervention. All you have to do is press the Emergency Red-Cross button
4.If Airbag deploys in an accident, 911 will be contacted with your vehicle location without your intervention.
5.Receive on demand Vehicle Diagnostics to your email
6.Remotely unlock your doors or locate your vehicle if you forget where you parked right from your cell phone
7.Remote listening feature (spy feature) lets you listen inside your vehicle from your cell phone

The above features will work from your specific cell phone ONLY so it is secure!

Let me know if you have any questions and Off course this video comes without any warranties (ON YOUR OWN RISK!)

Enjoy 😉

National Consultation on Prison Legal Aid at New Delhi, April 2013: Part 159 – 844-292-1318 Montana legal aid

National Consultation on Prison Legal Aid at New Delhi, April 2013

A Two Day National Consultation on Prison Legal Aid was held at Indian Social Institute, Institutional Area Lodhi Road 13th to 14th April 2013. It was an initiative taken by Human Rights and Law Network. Many Activists & Lawyers women and men were participated from different parts of the state of India.
Prisoner’s Rights
In India, eighty percent of the inmates in the jails are under trials. The major problems faced by these inmates are not only of not getting a trial but that of not being granted bail, inhuman treatment in jails, facing poor conditions, lack of proper medical treatment, etc. There are various statutes such as the Prisoners Act, 1894; the Model Manual Prison India, etc. and various precedents which have been laid down in landmark cases which provide for the rights which these prisoners are entitled to. However, the problem today lies not in the availability of these rights but in the implementation of these rights and precedents. We at HRLN, under the Prisoners Rights Initiative work towards helping these prisoners get their rightful treatment in the prisons, safeguard their access to a fair and speedy trial, facilitate bail procedures and work towards various other procedural requirements to ensure that these prisoners make efforts to only achieve reformation and don’t have to fight for their survival.
Issues of Concern
• 80% prisoners are under trials
• Even though bail is granted, prisoners are not released.
• Lack or insufficient provision of medical aid to prisoners
• Callous and insensitive attitude of jail authorities
• Punishment carried out by jail authorities not coherent with punishment given by court.
• Harsh mental and physical torture
• Lack of proper legal aid
• High amount of surety ordered by courts which indigent prisoners can’t pay
• Rejection of surety bonds due to lack of money or verification of addresses, as indigent prisoners don’t have houses.
• Corruption and other malpractices.
• Guard brutality and sexual abuse.
• Other unsafe physical conditions.
• Disability discrimination.
• Lack of mental health and medical care.
For any kind of legal and social help related to Prisoner’s Rights, one can contact Human Rights Law Network. For more, visit us at

We at HRLN visit jails to have direct communication with the prisoners who have been in these prisons for years due to under trial. During the jail visits these lawyers or paralegal worker meet the prisoners and under trails directly and not only provide legal aid but also identify areas for work to be done. Many juveniles those were languishing in adult jails were released or transferred to Juvenile Homes. It has been very stately presumed that prisoners have undergone poor upkeep even when they are extremely sick. At HRLN we make it an agenda to ensure that sick prisoners are provided with better treatment.

The Global Center of Coca: The New King of Coke (Part 2) – 844-292-1318 Montana legal aid

The Global Center of Coca: The New King of Coke (Part 2)

Subscribe to VICE News here:

The United Nations announced in 2013 that Peru has overtaken Colombia as the world’s top producer of coca, the raw plant material used to manufacture cocaine. For the past two decades, Colombia has been virtually synonymous with cocaine. Now that Peru has become the global epicenter of cocaine production, the Andean nation runs the risk of becoming the world’s next great narco state.

The Peruvian government is trying to crack down on the problem by ramping up eradication of coca plants, and devoting military and police resources to interdiction efforts. Despite the response — and a hefty amount of foreign aid devoted to combatting cocaine production — Peruvian coke is being consumed in the nightclubs of Lima and in cities around the world like never before.

VICE News travels to Peru to learn more about the government’s battle plan against cocaine, and to see how nearly every aspect of Peruvian society is caught up in the fight. We witness how the fine, white powder has forced an entire nation to the brink in the global war on drugs.

In part two, VICE News correspondent Kaj Larsen heads to the VRAE, a fertile region in the center of Peru, to see how the police and military are attempting to crack down on the trafficking of illicit drugs by ramping up their land, air, and sea interdiction efforts.
