First Steps If You Are Sued in the District Court of Maryland –
Notice of Intention to Defend
When you’re facing foreclosure in Alabama, you may wonder what you can do to stop it.
Fore more detailed resources, you can visit ForeclosureDVD.com and RESPAVideo.com.
There we have several detailed videos, free of charge, that cover foreclosures and what you can do to stop it.
Fortunately, you can send Notice Of Error letters to your mortgage company asking them to fix any incorrect information.
If they don’t fix it, then you can sue them in Federal Court and make them pay for breaking the law.
If you have any questions about what was covered in this video, feel free to call us at 1-205-879-2447.
Thanks for watching!
