Walter Williams: Suffer No Fools – Full Video – 844-292-1318 legal aid Hoover Alabama

Walter Williams: Suffer No Fools - Full Video

On the major social and political issues of our time, Walter Williams is one of America’s most important and provocative thinkers. He is black, yet he opposes affirmative action. He believes that the Civil Rights Act was a major error, that the minimum wage actually creates unemployment and that occupational and business licensure and industry regulation work against minorities and others in American business. Perhaps most importantly he has come to believe that it has been the welfare state that has done to black Americans what slavery could never do: destroy the black family. Walter Williams expresses all of these provocative ideas and more in this new public television documentary produced by Free To Choose Network.

The program features material drawn from extensive contemporary interviews with Dr. Williams as well as appearances by authors and scholars: Shelby Steele, Thomas Sowell, Douglas Ginsberg and others. A rich archive of photographs and motion pictures supports this uniquely American story.

The program traces Walter Williams rise from a child of the Philadelphia housing projects to become one of America’s most important authors and commentators and features the events of the 1960’s when Walter Williams realized “black people cannot make great progress until they understand the economic system.” It was then that he concluded that what America needed was to heed the words and the ideas of the Constitution.

Ace Hood – Cold Shivers – Official Video (Starvation 5) – 844-292-1318 legal aid Anniston Alabama

Ronald Noble, former head of INTERPOL (2000-2014) and founder of RKN Global DWC-LLC, asks the Dallas Police Department to clear the name of Mark Hughes – an innocent man who was wrongly, and very publicly, named a suspect in the killing of five police officers in Dallas on 7 July 2016. With this video, Noble further asks that the Dallas PD begin to undo the harm caused to Mark Hughes and his family by employing the same social media to clear his name that it used to wrongly accuse him of being a cop killer in the first place.
Using social media to seek the public’s help to identify a person of interest or suspect believed to be linked to the cold-blooded murder of police officers is understandable and can even be considered good police work. This is especially true during a crisis when both the police and public are in danger.
This video shows that Mark Hughes actually helped the police by turning over his unloaded rifle on his own as soon the shooting began, well before the Dallas Police Department wrongly accused him of being a suspect through its Tweet which was circulated worldwide. Mark was in lawful possession of his rifle under Texas law and the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution. Mark Hughes’ turning over his rifle may very well have saved his life and kept the police from killing an innocent man.
In police crises, errors are not uncommon. Following the shooting at and killing of his police officers, Dallas Police Chief David Brown made a number of errors. He said that there was more than one shooter, when in fact there was only one. He displayed a photo of Mark Hughes showing him armed with his rifle and asking for the public’s help in identifying him AFTER Mark Hughes had already turned over his gun to a Dallas police officer, identifying himself and getting a receipt from the officer.
While the Dallas Police Chief was branding Mark Hughes as a cold-blooded cop-killer, Hughes and his brother Cory were acting to lawfully protect him from retribution. Cory Hughes went on live television to say that the person whose photo had been portrayed around the world as a suspected cop killer was his brother, who was at the protest exercising his US Constitutional right to bear arms, that he was innocent, and that after the shooting broke out, Cory had advised Mark to turn over his rifle to police so he wouldn’t get mistaken for the real shooter and get shot.
Now, two months since the crisis ended and the Dallas Police Department determined that Mark Hughes had absolutely nothing to do with the sniper attack, the errors made by police on the 7th and 8th of July still have not been corrected. The video of Dallas Police Chief David Brown wrongly labelling Mark Hughes as a suspect in the killings is still publicly available. The police have yet to admit publicly that they made a mistake. Instead, the Dallas Police Department continues to place Mark Hughes, Cory Hughes and their families in danger by keeping the uncorrected and false video broadcast available to the public on its Twitter feed. The video has been viewed more than 309,000 times.
While serving as Secretary General of INTERPOL and Head of several US law enforcement agencies, Mr. Noble led brave and dedicated law enforcement officers in the U.S. and around the world. In his official capacity, he has mourned the loss of law enforcement officers under his command as a result of murders and a terrorist attack. He believes in the U.S. Constitution and its Second Amendment right to bear arms, which Mark Hughes exercised lawfully on July 7th. Mr. Noble is a proud defender of police and (the rule of law) and strongly believes that a healthy, fair and just police department should never allow false accusations made by it against an innocent person to remain uncorrected and visible on its media channels as is happening in the case of Mark Hughes. It should do the right thing and #JustClearHisName.
Please comment and share this video, and be sure to include the hashtag #JustClearHisName.

Walter Scott Shooting FULL STORY | White Police Officer Shoots Unarmed Black Man to Death | VIDEO – 844-292-1318 South Carolina legal aid

Walter Scott Shooting FULL STORY | White Police Officer Shoots Unarmed Black Man to Death | VIDEO

It looks like the officer goes back to pick up something and then drops it by the body he’s just shot’. CBS Legal Analyst: ‘Highly Unlikely’ Charleston Cop Would Be in Jail Without Video
Here’s A News Report We’d Be Reading If Walter Scott’s Killing Wasn’t On Video
(Huffington Post) A North Charleston police officer was forced to use his service weapon Saturday during a scuffle with a suspect who tried to overpower him and seize the officer’s Taser, authorities said.

The man, who has a history of violence and a long arrest record, died on the scene as a result of the encounter, despite officers performing CPR and delivering first aid, according to police reports
The shooting was the 11th this year by a South Carolina police officer. The State Law Enforcement Division has begun an investigation into the incident.

Police identified the officer involved as Patrolman 1st Class Michael Thomas Slager and the suspect as Walter Lamar Scott, 50, of Meadowlawn Drive in West Ashley. Slager, 33, served honorably in the military before joining the North Charleston Police Department more than five years ago. He has never been disciplined during his time on the force, his attorney said.

The incident occurred behind a pawn shop on Craig Street and Remount Road. Slager initially pulled Scott over for a broken taillight. During the stop, police and witnesses say Scott fled the vehicle on foot. When Slager caught up with him a short distance from the street, Scott reportedly attempted to overpower Slager. Police say that during the struggle, the man gained control of the Taser and attempted to use it against the officer.

It was during that scuffle that the officer fired his service weapon, fatally wounding Scott.

“Shots fired, and the subject is down. He took my Taser,” Slager radioed immediately following the shooting.

Slager “felt threatened and reached for his department-issued firearm and fired his weapon,” his attorney said in a statement on Sunday. “I believe once the community hears all the facts of this shooting, they’ll have a better understanding of the circumstances surrounding this investigation.”

Saturday’s encounter bears similarities to the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, which kicked off a national conversation about the use of force by police. Authorities there ultimately determined that Brown had attempted to overpower Officer Darren Wilson and run before turning back and charging the officer, who was forced to deploy his service weapon in the encounter.

Slager was placed on administrative duty, pending the outcome of the state investigation.

The USDA did a series of Spanish radio ads aimed at getting immigrants on Food Stamps.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture has been running radio ads for the past four months encouraging those eligible to enroll. The campaign is targeted at the elderly, working poor, the unemployed and Hispanics.

The department is spending between .5 million and million on paid spots, and free public service announcements are also airing. The campaign can be heard in California, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, and the New York metro area.

“Research has shown that many people — particularly underserved seniors, working poor, and legal immigrants — do not understand the requirements of the program,” said Kevin Concannon, a USDA under secretary.

The radio ads, which run through June 30, come amid a bitter partisan fight over the safety net program. Republican lawmakers want to reduce funding for the benefit or turn it into a block grant program, which would also minimize the cost. Democrats, however, are not willing to make major cuts.
