World’s Worst Spider Bites; Linda’s Brown Recluse Bite Story – Part Two – 844-292-1318 Wisconsin legal aid

In this video you will see Linda’s spider bite recovery. Kudos to her for documenting this process. In this video you will see spiders, the healing process from a brown recluse spider bite, and you will see the packing and unpacking of a wound. Please comment below with your thoughts on the process itself. Is her alternative medicine better than traditional packing and antibiotics, coupled with some pain medication? Let us know.

Please subscribe to John Gilmore MD. He is a great person and and amazing doctor!

After two months she says: I feel my ordeal is over and I’m back to normal. The wound doesn’t hurt even though it isn’t finished healing. I have full use of my leg. My energy levels are back to ‘high’.

The wound’s edge still has a purplish cast and increases the more I stand on my leg. At this point people think I had a bad burn. I still put Vitamin E oil on it once a day and lotion as needed. There will be no need for plastic surgery.

I haven’t developed a spider phobia but I do practice more caution and look closely at every spider I see. I also examine every little bite or sore spot that appears with great detail.

There are those that say my bite can’t be from a Brown Recluse Spider since these spiders aren’t known to live in Wisconsin and I didn’t catch the culprit. (I argue that with world travel these days and the climate changes, the spiders could be anywhere.) I am open to hearing what could cause such a bite if not a BRS? Please send details and pictures of these other spiders or insects and their resulting wounds. It is hard to protect yourself from getting bit again when you are not certain what got you or where and when.

  1. If it worked for her — then that was her best choice. For those who don't seem 'helped', it's probably not the best. It all comes down to FAITH!! What do you believe will work. I have used and currently do use BOTH medicine types.

My sister, holding her hands together over my body was so effective for me on a surgery that was DEEP and cut from my skull down to my hips, through to my lungs & heart – in order to get the "Empyema" cured and save my life. 7 Coronary surgeons all working at the same time. My BP was 40/0 when I arrived at ER. Don't know how I got there — but 3 wks later I woke up in pain.

They gave me enough to where it should have OD'd me. She held her hands 5" above my skin and it was so strong the pain left, I became sick in my stomach from the meds, and I got too dizzy to allow her to continue. She was my pain pills 3X aday, and remained as such for 3 wks. I should not have lived through that ordeal. The Dr. knew my family and told them to not give up but allow God to make the decisions. They did!! And, God used their hands to create His wish for me. And that's how I feel about that!!´╗┐

  2. She at least had the brains to treat it as best she could, but when it comes to a BR bite, always go to the Dr.´╗┐

  3. she did some help to her leg, but she should have gone to the Dr. first thing. she really needed antibiot. she could have gotten really sick, and she could have prevented all that time waiting to get better. Best wishes to her. :)´╗┐

  4. Mom got a brown recluse bite and with conventional medicine took a year to heal. Area got 4" X 6ÔÇŁ before starting to heal. Plantain paste treatment seems like a better way to go than watching it getting worse and worse like she did.´╗┐

  5. Brown Recluse Venom only has an impact on fatty tissues.┬á When you're a fat cow you can expect to have issues with brown recluse.┬á If you're skinny or fit and muscular, you don't have to worry at all, the bites are like a bad mosquito bite is all.´╗┐

  6. Like the guy make comments throughout the video, I'm a little hesitant when it comes to alternative medicine, especially for something nasty like this spider bite. I have no doubt that the patient would have had a better outcome (the scarring, length of time it took to heal) in the end. Sorry, Linda, but you would have been better off seeing the doctor, getting this lanced, and getting antibiotics.´╗┐

  7. See, by that point she should've consulted someone who could have debrided the wound. Or, if she'd put the plantain on the very first day, the drawing action might have pulled enough venom out to reduce or prevent necrosis. I would have treated even what I thought was poison ivy on the first day but that's just me. I am thrilled that she's better! That's a good constitution for you!´╗┐

  8. Should have had it cut out immediately because the "poison" is still circulating in her body and bloodstream; could have bad effects later in life that weren't expected.´╗┐

  9. I don't know about the plantain but bentonite clay does have some legit detox properties. No clue if this really was enough to help with a bite but I guess it is worth a try after one sees a medical professional first. I have no issue with homeopathic remedies on adults who have made their own decision but prefer to do them in conjunction with medical advice not instead of medical advice.´╗┐

  10. I would usually go to the doctor but after seeing Linda's results, I would definitely use the plantain mix for a spider bite. I would love to see what the girls leg looked like after a year of being treated by the doctor this way we can compare apples to apples and AND NOT APPLES TO ORANGES.´╗┐

  11. I believe it did help, but I don't think I would want to take a chance for fear it would get worse underneath the treatment.┬á I would go to the doctor first.´╗┐

  12. I think her remedy worked to some degree. Maybe if she had seen a dr. and used the plantain mixture, she would have healed sooner.´╗┐

  13. didn't she go to a Dr or a hospital first? There is no way I would wait a few days let alone a week! I would be straight down to the emergency @ Ahh! Son antonio! !´╗┐
